Sitting With Melody Listening to The Getty's (Sat 8/21/2010 1:50PM)

Sitting by Melody holding her hand, listening to the Getty's most recent album. She mustered the strength to open her eyes, give me a kiss and smile. I know that she meant to do it because I asked her if she could give me a kiss. I gave her some water and she took it. Then she nodded her head when I asked her if she was ready to rest. Very nice to sit here with her and know that she knows I am here. Time is flying by...such a joy to know that she knows me.
